Metter Media
Metter Media is a social media agency dedicated to helping local businesses share their unique voices online. I was brought on as an entry-level Social Media Manager in May of 2021. Within my first 9 months at the company, I was promoted twice: first to Account Coordinator and then to Account Director. As an Account Director, I was in charge of 8 different luxury residential clients based in Boston. In 2022, I drove over 2.5 million impressions, 120,000 engagements, and 50,000 post link clicks across for 8 different clients’ Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok profiles.
The Smith Boston
The Smith is a luxury rental property located in Boston’s South End. I was brought on to take charge of their pre-existing Instagram and Facebook profiles as well as launch their TikTok. As their Account Director, I drove over 660,000 impressions, 35,000 engagements, and grew their audience by 70% across Instagram and Facebook in 9 months. I also generated over 100,000 video views and 5,300 likes on their TikTok profile.
Sanctuary at Herring Brook
As a brand new luxury rental property in Scituate, I was tasked with launching The Sanctuary’s social media platforms. This included conceptualizing their social strategy, creating their online aesthetic and mood board, and laying out a plan of action to utilize paid strategy to drive traffic from their social media pages to their website and translate that into leads. In the first 6 months, I drove over 115,000 impressions to their Facebook and Instagram profiles and increased their audience by 317%.
Bower Boston
Bower Boston is a luxury development in Boston’s vastly growing Fenway neighborhood. Despite being on a smaller monthly plan at Metter Media, Bower received 300,000 impressions, 10,000 engagements, and their audience grew by 70% under my direction.
The Val
The Val was the first client I launched from scratch at Metter Media. As a luxury residential property in the suburbs of Billerica, MA, establishing The Val as a high-end residence in the middle of a suburban area was no small feat. In under 11 months, The Val received over 750,000 impressions, 30,000 engagements, 16,000 post-link clicks, and their audience grew by 285% under my direction.
1550 on the Charles
1550 on the Charles is a luxury property situated at the border of Allston and Brighton in the greater-Boston area. As a new construction property, I was tasked with not only launching their online presence but also capturing the attention of the potential renters and establish them as a top-tier property in an area with vast competition. In under 6 months, I drove over 400,000 impressions, 25,000 engagements, and 7,000 post-link clicks.
